Oversized Kingfisher Sweater, Bird nerd

High quality 100% organic cotton t-shirt, hand printed by the artist with water based inks in a GOTS certified printing studio.

Kingfishers are tricky to spot as they are so small and fast, but if you're lucky you'll be rewarded with the brightest blue, flashing before your eyes. They are most often found hunting by the waters edge.

Silkscreen print, original pen drawing (see images) scanned and then silkscreen printed onto this Stanly Stella organic cotton, oversized sweater. 

This design was hand silkscreen printed with water based inks. Water based inks are much more friendly to the environment, compare to convensional Plastisol inks. Hand printing each garment gives an authentic touch as well as using less power and chemicals to make the finished product. These are hand pulled prints which could mean there are tiny diffiences, making each one unique.

WASHING: To give your hand-printed shirt it's best life, it's recommended to turn it inside out and wash at a maximum of 30 degrees. Do not Iron on the print. Every print is pulled by the artist Lauren Jaye Squires.
